Through this research it is known that WFP as an international organization that focuses on food issues plays its role through cluster approach instruments to assist victims and residents affected by Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines. WFP operates SO 200595 as the lead agency in assisting the Government of the Philippines and the International Humanitarian Community with the distribution of logistical assistance, food and emergency communications.
