Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to describe the Strategy of the Indonesian Coffee Exporters and Industry Association (AECI) in Increasing Indonesian Coffee Exports to the United States 2016-2019. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative through secondary data which then uses the concept of marketing mix to help the author describe AECI’s strategy with data collection techniques, namely literature studies through previous research, books, journals, newspapers and the internet.
    The results showed that AECI’s strategy was divided into 4 strategies, namely first approaching the Indonesian government to discuss coffee issues in Indonesia and the new regulations issued by the United States and holding a meeting in the United States to promote Indonesian coffee beans, secondly developing understanding. Regarding the regulation of coffee exports to coffee farmers in North Sumatra, which is the most preferred type of coffee bean in the United States so that it has an impact on the products produced, the third is to improve the welfare of coffee farmers through the construction of the AECI training center in Sumatra which will have an impact on the price of coffee beans, and fourth is to increase the productivity of Indonesian coffee which has an impact on distribution.
