Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to determine the Trade Dynamics that occur between Indonesia and Turkey within the IT CEPA framework due to the formation of IT CEPA with the aim of improving each country’s economy, but in reality after the formation of IT CEPA cooperation there are still various obstacles and the economies of both countries are unstable. The research method used in preparing this thesis is descriptive. The type of data used is secondary data. The data analysis technique used is qualitative. The data collection technique used is the study of literature.

    IT CEPA was officially started in 2017, actually IT CEPA has been discussed since 2008 but can only be realized in 2017. The existence of IT CEPA is expected to be able to provide prosperity for both countries and Indonesia – Turkey targeting IT CEPA can encourage an increase in trade volume with a target of USD 10 billion in 2023. However, since the establishment of IT CEPA in 2017, the trade volume between Indonesia and Turkey has not experienced significant progress. The results showed that the dynamics of trade that occurred between Indonesia and Turkey actually experienced a decrease in trade volume due to the high customs and the number of dumping in each country.
