In untilizing local currency settlement cooperation, communities and bussines people in three countries can make payment transactions directly without having to convert their money in dollars first.So people and businesses can easily spend their national money on payments in three countries. By continuing to use their national money, will be able to strengthen the value of the national currency itself if dollars increase.
