• 4. Description [Abstrak] : This research aims to describe about the role of UNICEF in solving the problems handled by child refugee in Eastern Ukraine. The Author conducted research by using descriptive method with secondary data which obtained by library research as data collection technique with sources comes through the books, scientific journals, and internet sources. Those data have been obtained then elaborated through qualitative data analysis techniques with the use of the role of international organization theory and refugee concept. The results of this research described that UNICEF has carried out a series of programs address the problem of children refugees in Eastern Ukraine who experience armed internal conflicts. The role that UNICEF has carried out in the form of several programs namely basic fulfillment program for children refugees, child health program, education program, clean water, sanitation and environmental cleanliness programs.
