Description [Abstrak] : Indonesia and South Korea investmen cooperation is an agreement that takes in investment, research, the making of masterplan & Detailed Engineering Design (DED), as well as the development of industrial estates by South Korea through KOICA (Korea International Cooperation Agency) in the industry sector especially the textile industry in Boyolali Regency. The results of this study, there are 3 stages on the agreement. Phase I, which is a feasibility study & conceptualization of the masterplan. Phase II, are the making of design conditions analysis, bassic design, and detailed design. Then stage III, the administrative process. Due to the presence of 6 types of communities around the industrial estate, that making it difficult to proceed to the stage IV which is the development phase.
