Description [Abstrak] : This study aimed to determine the impact of perceptions of employment opportunities and self-confidence on work readiness for vocational students in Bontang City.This study uses a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 95 students selected using simple random sampling technique. Data collection methods used are the scale of work readiness, perceptions of job opportunities and confidence. The collected data were analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis tests with the help of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program 21.0 for Windows.
