The reason of this research is employees are still ignore about safety talk, personal productive equipment, prohibited signs, and lack of control to employees/equipment. In this research using republic of Indonesia Government Regulation number 50 of 2012 theory about implementation of health and safety management system as a part of overall company management in the context of risk control about work activities to create a safe and productive workplace. The results of this research showed that the company has implemented audit criteria of health and safety management system and implemented programs that have been set by the company. In addition for PT KMIA manager is more assertive in applying regulations violating employee is punished with a reelection in bonus money.
