Description [Abstrak] : The purpose of this study is 1) to determine the effect of service quality and price simultaneously and partially on the satisfaction of Midtown Samarinda Hotel guests. 2) to find out which is the most influential on guest satisfaction of Midtown Samarinda Hotel. This research was conducted at Samarinda Midtown Hotel, located on Jl. Hasan Basri No.58, Ex. Temindung Permai Kec. Sungai Pinang, Samarinda City. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were guests of the Hotel Midtown Samarinda. And a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the variable service quality (X1) price (X2) simultaneously had a significant effect on guest satisfaction (Y). This is proven by F arithmetic = 27,919> 3.09 and sig value 0,000
