• 4. Description [Abstrak] : Political Instability in Central African Republic since independent caused five coups until 2003. This causes the government not concern about the country’s economic development. This make IFAD helps Central African Republic. The methodology of this research is using deskriptive method, types of data used secondary data, analithycal technique is qualitative, data collection technique is library research. The results of this research show that International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) Role in Reduction Poverty is divided into three component. The first component is to increasing the capacity of producer and their organizations,second component is to increasing food production, small livestock, and access to markets, the third component is to coordination and management. In the implementation of the project, PREVES face several obstacles. These obstacles are in relations with the government in the form of political instability and coups, obstacles to the people, and obstacles with PREVES own project.
