• 4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aimed to determine the influence of workload and social support toward work fatigue in Regional General Hospital Abdul Sjahranie Samarinda. This research uses a quantitative approach. The subject of the research is 79 selected nurses use simple random sampling technique. The data collection method used is the scale of work fatigue, workload, and social support. Research data was analyzed with multiple linear regression by the program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 20.0 for Windows. The results of this research showed that there was correlation and significant between the workload and social support towards work fatigue on nurses in RSUD AWS Samarinda f value > f table (25,663 > 3.12) and p value = 0000 (p t table (7,143 > 1,990), and p = 0000 (p t table (-2,478 > 1,990), and p value = 0.004 (p < 0.05).
