• 4. Description [Abstrak] : This study to find out how the description of self regulation and coping strategies of female athletes who work as civil servants. The research method used is a qualitative method it a case study approach. Taking respondents in this study using purposive sampling with data collection methods using observation and in-depth interviews with the four subjects. The results of the study were self-regulation well so that the selection of coping strategies could be according to their individual needs. The selection of the four coping strategies for the subject, namely, coping strategies where the four subject chose to face problem that appeared to be able to be resolved properly. RM subject chooses to entrust his child to the mother or sometimes entrurts to the caregivers who are near the home of RM, RM tries to overcome the problen by dividng the times between working, training and caring for the child. Subject NJ entrusts his child to brother-in-law who lives at home with him, NJ divides his time well between work practice and children. The SNW subject who was far away from his three children, the three children were treated by the subject mother, the SNW tried to overcome the problem by diving the time between work, training, and parenting, HA subject who travel outsidethe city to go to worl and practise. HA entrusts his child to a husband or caregiver who lives near HA’s home.
