  • 4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support and organizational justice on job satisfaction in employees of PT. Dwiwira Lestari Jaya Biatan District, Berau Regency, East Kalimantan Province. This study uses a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 100 employees who were selected using the simple random sampling technique. Data collection methods used are scale perceived organizational support, organizational justice, and job satisfaction. The data analysis technique uses a multiple regression analysis test.
