Description [Abstrak] : This study aimed to determine the impact of spirituality in the workplace and psychological capital toward organizational citizenship behavior on Fastabiqul Khairat Samarinda Elementary School teachers. This study used quantitative approach. Research subjects consist of 52 teachers the makes researcher used saturated sampling technique. Data collection method used is organizational citizenship behavior scales, workplace spirituality, and psychological capital. Research data was analyzed with multiple regression. Research result with level of confidence 5% showed that: (1) there is workplace spirituality toward organizational citizenship behavior of elementary school teachers by the beta coeficient (β) = 0.353, t value > t table (2.565> 2.009) and p value = 0.013 (p t table (2.825 > 2.009) dan p value = 0.007 (p F table (20.050 > 3.19) and p value = 0.000 (p < 0.05). Contributions variable (R2) of workplace spirituality and psychological capital toward organizational citizenship behavior of elementary school teachers amounted to 45,0 %.
