• 4. Description [Abstrak] : The results of this research described the Indonesia’s efforts to securing Sulawesi and Sulu territorial water consisting of internal and external securitization efforts. Internal effort is increasing supervision and security activities through intense patrols as a preventive and repressive effort by TNI AL and Bakamla along the Sulawesi sea. While external effort is initiate a cooperative security with the Philippines and Malaysia that have been implemented in 2017. In this cooperation, the three countries agreed on six points of policy: joint/coordinated patrol, formation of hotline communication, emergency aid, sharing intelligence, joint exercises, and automatic identification system.
