• 4. Description [Abstrak] : The purpose of this research was to know the dominant factors which caused Psychosomatic to people who assumpted have got Psychosomatic. The researcher used qualitative research method with case study approach. The researcher used purposive sampling technique and the data collection method in this study used interview and observation which related to three subjects who have got Psychosomatic tendency. The dominant factor which caused Psychosomatic tendency to the first subject, HR (inisial name) was because psychological factors. To the subject was feeling quailty to this child who could not walk anymore after the eccidents with the subject a years ago. The second subject, RF (inisial name) was because psychological factors too. The subject often had quarrel with her biological mother.This situation made her carrying a burden on her mind which also affected her health condition after quarreling with her mother, the subject was sick. The third subject IS (inisial name, got Psychosomatic tendencybecause the dominant factor which came from social economic factor after the subject’s husband got lay off since a years ago, the subject got economic crisis. This situation really affected to subject’s health condition. Factors that are srongly related to each subject are psychological factors experienced by each subject and other related variables such as social status, marital status, age and sex, can be investigated for further research.
