This research uses qualitative research methods,this type of research is a descriptive type, in which the author describes the cooperation of Makassar City Government with Singapore in the development of Smart City.The data presented is secondary data were obtained through a review of the literature and literature such as books, internet sites and others. Data analysis technique that author used qualitative analysis.
