First, Indonesian as the great producen CPO in the world often experience export losses, and second volume export CPO Indonesian still low in Nigeria. The research use a descriptive method which data from books, journal, and websites. The main idea purpose in the research to how efforts Indonesian government to improve export CPO to Nigeria. however, to analayze the case study, author uses the diplomacy by Holsti and Competitive Advantage as Michael Porter. The result shows to efforts Indonesian government to improve CPO to Nigeria, conducted by sending trade envoys such as ministers or diplomats to negotiate the Nigerian government against policies applied to imported good including CPO. Then by having competitive advantages such a geographical factors, human resource factor and abundant factor production make Indonesian continues to innovate such as exploration,upgrading,and promotion to make improve the quality and standards of export CPO to Nigeria market and in internasional market.
