• 4. Description [Abstrak] : This research was conducted to find out the correlations between family support with self acceptance of employee. This research by using quantitave method which correlation. This research is a purposive sampling which involves 96 parents. Family support and self acceptance were measured by Likert scale models. The collected data were analyzed by using the correlation product moment test which assisted by Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program 22.0 for Windows. The results showed a positive and very significant relationship between family support with self acceptance with R calculate > R table = 0.504 > 0.265 and p = 0.000 < 0.050.
