This research consists of two variables, the dependent variable is the work readiness and the independent variable is working skill. Data collection is done by using the scale of work readiness and work skills. The sample in this study is Politeknik Kesehatan Samarinda student majoring nursing, midwifery and health analysis D3 amounted to 74 people. The data analysis technique used is the Pearson product moment correlation analysis and partial correlation analysis test.
