Description [Abstrak] : This research aims to determine the relationship of personality type and organizational culture toward subjective well being to employee of sub district office in Samarinda City. Analysis of data was obtained from 61 samples of employee that selected by quota sampling technique. Data collection method that used in this research is organizational culture scale, subjective well being scale and DISC Personality test. Collected data analyzed by Kruskal Wallis test, Kendall Tau test and Main Whitney U test with help of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 20.0 for windows. Research result with level of confidence 95% showed that: (1) there is a significant correlation between personality type and subjective well being obtained result of calculated Chi Square > table Chi Square (45.930 > 7.815) and sig 0.000 (p 0.050) and R score is 0.036 (3.6 percents).(3) There is not differentiation well being from people with D and I personality type with p = 0.883 (p>0.050), there is not differentiation well being from people with S and C personality type with p = 0.146 (p>0.050).
