• 4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aimed to determine the effect of workload, work fatigue, and shift work on the application of health and safety on employees of PT. Kaltim Diamond Coal at Loa Crow. This research uses a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 187 employees selected using simple random sampling technique. Data collection methods used in occupational health and safety scale, work load, work fatigue and work shift. The collected data was analyzed by measuring equation model equation model (SEM) model using computer application of AMOS version 22.0. The results of this study showed that the workload with health and work safety showed the value of C.R of 0.268 ≤ 1.96 and the p value of 0.789 ≥ 0.05 means the workload there is no effect on health and safety. At work fatigue shows the value of C.R of 0.445 ≥ 1.96 and p value of 0.656 ≤ 0.05 means fatigue work there is no effect on health and safety. Then on the shift work showed the value of C.R of 0.536 ≥ 1.96 and the p value of 0.656 ≤ 0.05 means shift work there is no effect on health and safety.
