  • 4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to analyze the impact of subjective well being and conflict resolution towards marital satisfaction of parents who have children with autism. Marital satisfaction is happiness felt by husband and wife for the fulfillment of the needs and the achievement of goals in marriage.This study is using quantitative research method. The method of collecting the data which is used is a questionnaire of Likert scale, with the amount of 60 subject. Data analysis used in this research is regression analysis. From the results of the study, it is discovered that there is a positive and significant correlation between subjective well being and conflict resolution towards marital satisfaction of parents who have children with autism with the score F = 12.291, R2 = 0.301, and p = 0.000. Subjective well being does not have positive relationship with marital satisfaction with the score of beta = 0.160, t score = 1.242 and p = 0.219 while conflict resolution have positive and significant relationship with marital satisfaction with the score of beta = 0.449, t score = 3.476 and p = 0.001.
