  • 4. Description [Abstrak] : The organisational commitment of employee in a company will have an effect on the success to company. Success in a company can not be separated from the attitude of the behavior of its members that was formed by the norms, so that a work culture. Culture is up, owned and so on adopted by members of the company as one strategy that will affect the work the company’s business. This research was conducted to find out the correlations between work culture with organisational commitment of employee. This research by using quantitave method which correlation. This research is a population study which involves 66 MNC Play Media’s employees. Organisational commitment and work culture were measured by Likert scale models. The collected data were analyzed by using the correlation product moment test which assisted by Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program 22.0 for Windows. The results showed a positive and very significant relationship between work culture with organisational commitment with R calculate > R table = 0.356 > 0.242 and p = 0.003 < 0.050.
