- 4. Description [Abstrak] : The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of work attachment and job satisfaction to service quality. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed using regression’s analysis to determine how the influence and the predictive ability of the two independent variables on the dependent variable. The sample in this study was 104employees of the CV. Honda Semoga Jaya obtained using purposive sampling. The result of analysis the influence of work attachment and job satisfaction to service quality by using multiple regression test, got result F = 271.478 > F table = 1.39, R2 = 0.843, Adjusted R2 = 0.840 and p = 0.000 (p t table = 1.660 and p = 0.000 and influence of job satisfaction to service quality with result of beta = 0.550, t = 7.272 > t table = 1.660 and p = 0.000, that means there is influence of work attachment and job satisfaction to service quality, if work attachment and job satisfaction higher, service quality also higher.
