This research used quantitative method. The sample in this study include 54 teacher. Data collecting method used work dicipline scale, leadership scale, and work environment scale with likert scale model. The data collected were analyzed with regression analysis with the help of the program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 20.0 for Windows 7.
