This Research uses a Explanative method which data are taken from books, journals, websites, and valid news. the authors use qualitative data analysis techniques.The result show that there are some substantial constraints on the contents of the extradition treaty which then becomes a consideration for both countries and the long ratification process in Cina and Indonesia.
