This research is to explain the efforts of Bandung Choral Society in introducing the art and culture of Indonesia at the Bali International Choir Festival, furthermore, this research will try to analyze implement the theory of diplomacy and nation branding culture concept. The research method used is descriptive research type with data collection techniques through library research (library research). While to analyze data using qualitative analysis technique. Bandung Choral Society has made several efforts in introducing Indonesian art and culture to foreign countries in BICF by organizing artistic performances and presenting culture through folklore choir, interaction between actors involved, mobilization of resources to support its implementation, assisting government programs in improving foreign tourism, and selling regional song books in export and promotion aspects. However, there are some obstacles in achieving the objectives of diplomacy as well as the challenges in the implementation of the event that is less publication by the television media to the achievement of the choir.
