The purpose is to find out the factors that influence the students’ guilty feeling of their pre-marital sexual behavior and its impact. Then, it describes that not only the religious high schools who teach a religious value in building the students’ characters and moralities but also expected to gain a cooperation in a supervision and the example of an implementation by the parents to reach common goals. The researcher conducted a qualitative research and using a phenomenology approach. This research used the purposive sampling. In collecting the data, the researcher did the observation and the deep interview with three subjects. The result of the study showed that subject DI did the sexual behavior because there was a stimulation and a faith in her partner also there was a sense of belongings. Subject DI felt sinful, filthy and so guilty when her mother was sick after knowing about her pregnancy. It caused her having an idea of suicide. She is now also expelled from her school. Subject AS did the sexual behavior because of a stimulation and a search of peace. Subject AS also felt sinful and felt very guilty to her parents more than her fear of the punishment from Allah. With the man who irresponsible to her pregnancy, she attempted a suicide and expelled from her school. Subject NS did it because of force and a stimulation from her partner. She felt so far from Allah and afraid of the body’s changing after the sexual behavior. Until this day, she is still doing the sexual behavior with her partner.
