- 4. Description [Abstrak] : The Japanese government under the leadership of Shinzo Abe, issued a set of policies namely Abenomics. The purpose of this research was to find out and to analyze the implementation of Abenomics policy as well as obstacle and support factors of Abenomics policy. This research used qualitative methods and used the concept of policy implementation, macroeconomic concept and theory of political system to perform the analysis in this research. The result of the implementation of Abenomics policy for monetary policy and structural reform has been achieved, namely achievement of 2% inflation growth and increasing participation of female workers and agriculture reform while for fiscal policy, 10% consumption tax increase still not achieved . For the obstacle factors of this policy can be seen in the diversity of the behavior of the target groups, the attitudes of the target groups and social conditions while the supporting factors can be seen in political and public support, recruitment and commitment and the ability of executing officials, clarity and consistency as well as funding sources, formal access for public and technological conditions.
