Description [Abstrak] : The results of this research showed that the readiness and opportunities of Sister City cooperation between Manado city and Qingdao city which became the research focus of the researcher have been connected since the signing of cooperation agreement letter on October 30, 2015. This cooperation is considered very useful because it can establish fraternity and help build the economy and development of the city. In the Sister City cooperation, Manado and Qingdao cities can meet each other’s regional interests and encourage regional economy also capital investment for the country. For advance the city and increasing the value of investment is also the goal of this cooperation as well as increasing the value of morality and brotherly relations between the two cities. This program has proven Manado city can cooperate with city of Qingdao in improving growth and development of Manado city. Through the visit of China tourists who reached 1000 percent, making the city of Manado experience increased the city’s economy so that the development of cities that have been disrupted in domestic flight routes from the city of Manado to several cities in China.
