  • 4. Description [Abstrak] : This research was conducted to find out the correlations between compensiation justice and organisational commitment with work productivity employee PT. X samarinda. This research used quantitative research method, that is correlation. compensation justice, oragnisational commitment and work productivity were measured by the scale of likert. The subject in this research is PT. X Samarinda with the total number of sample was 60 employees. The collected data were analyzed by using the correlation Kendall-tau test which assisted by Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program 22.0 for Windows. Statistical findings indicate that the results of correlation analysis of compensiation justice with work productivity had a significant correlations with R calculate > R table = (0.325 > 0.250), and p = 0.000 R table = (0.356 > 0.250), and p = 0.000 < 0.050.
