This study aims to examine the relationship between customer satisfaction and brand loyalty of Samsung smartphone users in SFS Kaltim Online Shop Community in Samarinda City. The subject of this research is a member of Community Traders SFS Kaltim Online Shop in Samarinda City with a total sample of 83 members. Measuring tool used in this research using the scale of brand loyalty and consumer satisfaction scale. Both scales are arranged by scaling Likert model and by using analyst technique of spearman rank correlation test data. The results of this study indicate that there is no relationship between customer satisfaction with brand loyalty on members of SFS Kaltim Community Traders Online Shop in the city of Samarinda.
