• 4. Description [Abstrak] : The emergence of ISIS movement in the Middle East raises an indication of the movement of terrorism and radical movement in Iraq and Syria in particular. This has led to strong reaction and international response related to the movement of terrorism. The United States calls on countries with a similar focus on counterterrorism to support the proposed coalition formed by the United States to combat ISIS movements. The main purpose of the coalition is to coordinate the threat mitigation shown by ISIS. This is done considering the strength of ISIS both in Iraq and in Syria is very large and has a high militancy rate. The International Coalition built by the United States received a positive response from the international community. The United States also claims that there are more than 50 countries willing to join the coalition and commit to stop the radical ISIS movement consisting of Western military forces and alliances with Middle Eastern countries. The United States also made a coalition offer to Iran at a bilateral meeting in discussing Iran’s nuclear program negotiations and on the ISIS group’s related threats. But in the meeting Iran rejected the offer of the US international coalition because Iran argued inefficient if it had to fight ISIS by way of war and Iran considers America’s statement about forming a coalition against ISIS is only selfish.
