This problem will be analyzed using the concept of paradiplomatic, sister city, and tourism connectivity. Indonesia’s interests in sister city cooperation are economic interests and interests in tourism. Economic interests such as increasing regional income and foreign investment, and interests in tourism such as exchange of knowledge in tourism management.
