The purpose of this study is to find out the reasons Indonesia supports the anti espionage resolution. This research used in the preparation of this thesis is a explanative. This issue would be analyzed with the concept of espionage international and decision making theory. The results showed some a reasons, among others; The existence of support and international demands for the cessation of the espionage conducted by the NSA, Indonesia is also a victim of espionage action in the form of intercepts conducted by the Australian DSD in cooperation with the NSA and and the absence of an Australian apology related to this espionage action and the rule of law on privacy in Indonesia has not been well codified.
