Description [Abstrak] : The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of psychological capital and perception of the workload with working interest to be government employees of students Fisipol Mulawarman Samarinda. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed using to determine how much the relationship and the predictive ability of the five independent variables on the dependent variable. The sample in this study was 98 students in mulawarman university obtained using purposive sampling. The results showed that didn’t significant relationship between psychological capital and the perception of the workload of the interest in working with F = 0.818 R2 = 0.017, and p = 0.445 (p < 0.050). Then from the direct regression analysis showed that there is no relationship between psychological capital against the working interest with beta = -0.051 t = -0.494 dan p = 0.622. While the perception of the workload will also have not correlation with beta = 0.130, t = 1.253, dan p = 0.213.
