  • 4. Description [Abstrak] : Performane is one of the problems that often occur in companies, both large companies and small companies that will cause negative impacts for employee and companies. Performance problems in the company indicate a decrease in productivity that must be achieved based on company standarts. Some aspects related to performance one of them related to burnout. This study aims to determine the relationship burnout on performance of dump truck driver PT Raya Bumi Mandir Samarinda. This research consists of two variables, namely the dependent variable of performance and the independent variable is burnout. Data collection was done by using questioner method. Th sample in this research is PT Raya Bumi Mandiri dump truck driver with 74 people. Data analysis technique used is the analysis of product moment correlation test. Based on the resultsof the test of the burnout variable with the performance that has been done by using the statistical analysis of product moment correlation shows that the magnitude of the relationship betwwen the burnout variable on performance is p = 0.001.
