- 4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aimed to assess the effect of organizational justice and job insecurity to organizational commitment at Employee of CV. XX at Bakungan village Kutai Kartanegara district, East Borneo Province. The subjects were employees of CV. XX at Bakungan village Kutai Kartanegara district, East Borneo Province with total samples of 78 employees. Measuring instrument used in this study using organizational commitment scale, job insecurity scale, and organizational justice scale. Third scales were formulated by scaling Likert model and statistical analysis using the computer program SPSS (Statistical Packages for Social Science) version 20.0 for Windows. The results of this research showed that there was correlation positive and significant between organizational justice and job insecurity to organizational commitment of employees with a value F = 5.566, R2 = 0.139 and p = 0.006. At organization justice there is positive and significant impact to organizational commitment of employees with a value beta = 0.379, t = 3.260 and p = 0.002. At job insecurity there is no significant to organizational commitment of employees with a value beta = -0.025, t = -0.215, and p = 0.831.
