• 4. Description [Abstrak] : Air pollution and environmental degradation is an issue of great concern for living things, especially humans. The air is a necessity that is always used by living things, in the absence of air beings can not live on this earth. Ironically air is an absolute necessity that must be accepted by the living creatures that can even be a source of harm to the health and even death. Jakarta is the center of the Indonesian government and industry has a variety of large and small industries, and has a very dense population. Air pollution in the city is the worst air pollution from all cities across Indonesia as well as having the highest levels of dust particles into nine out of 111 cities in the world that has been surveyed by the World Bank in 2004. Seeing the dangers of air pollution experienced by Jakarta, making Indonesia to cooperate with the U.S. environmental agency Environmenl United State Environmental Protection Agency (US-EPA) are realized in the Breathe Easy Program Jakartadengan aim to improve the quality and public health
  The results showed that the cooperation the United State Environmental Protection Agency (US-EPA) – Indonesia In Air Quality Improvement & Public Health (Case Study Program Breathe Easy Jakarta) is since the cooperation is progressing in the year 2010 through 2012 to generate five agendas in the handling of air pollution . Where the current agenda of the passage of two programs namely Breathe Easy Jakarta participation and stakeholders commitment and training of air quality monitoring. The agenda is not yet running the training and evaluation of emission inventories, modeling and development of quality training and assessment of health benefits
