  • 4. Description [Abstrak] : Health is important for everyone. However, the cost of treatment to be one of the problems for the public health service users. The need for social security to ease the cost to achieve health for the community. BPJS as social institutions set up to organize programs like social security that exist in Indonesia. In addition, quality services is expected to remain obtainable patient health BPJS users that will create satisfaction for patients. Good service system providing care for patients according to the standard, thus creating a feeling of safety, comfort, and get the satisfaction that impact on the patient’s recovery process. This type of research is quantitative method with purposive sampling techniques and data analysis Pearson Product Moment Correlation. Samples were patients in hospital health BPJS users A.W. Samarinda Sjahranie as many as 77 people. The data collection is done by using two measuring devices, namely the satisfaction scale and the scale of the service system The results showed a positive and significant relationship between the service system with patient satisfaction (r = 0.624, p = 0.000). This means that the higher the system of services provided, the higher the level of patient satisfaction. Conversely, the lower the service system, the lower the level of patient satisfaction health BPJS users.
