Therefore, when there is the issue of termination of employment can make employees feel anxious because worried about losing his job over the years. This study aims to examine the relationship between anxiety tendencies will be the issue of termination of employment by the employee work motivation employees of PT. Hasta Ayu Nusantara Samarinda. The subjects were employees of PT. Hasta Ayu Nusantata Samarinda with a total sample of 155 employees. Measuring instrument used in this study using a scale of work motivation and inclination scale of anxiety on the issue of termination of employment. Both scales were prepared by scaling Likert model and statistical analysis using the computer program SPSS (Statistical Packages for Social Science) version 20.0 for Windows. Results from this study showed that there was no correlation between anxiety tendencies will be the issue of termination of employment by the employee motivation is the value of Spearman Rank correlation coefficient of 0.092 with a significance of 0323.
