• 4. Description [Abstrak] : Work productivity can be achieved if the labor has job skills that can be applied in carrying out their daily work. This study aims to examine the relationship between work skills with labor productivity at PT. Bara Dynamics Young Success in Malinau province of North Borneo. The subjects were employees of PT. Bara Dynamics Young Success in Malinau North Kalimantan province with a total sample of 80 employees. Measuring instrument used in this study using labor productivity scale and work skill scale. Both scales were prepared by scaling Likert model and statistical analysis using the computer program SPSS (Statistical Packages for Social Science) version 20.0 for Windows. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between work skills with labor productivity, It can be seen from the test results Spearman Rank correlation coefficient for 0.658 with a significance of 0.000. So the higher the work skills possessed by employees, the higher the productivity of labor experienced by employees.
