The technology of today that plays an important role is the internet. In this case, the people of China are the highestinternet users, so it can earn a huge benefit to their government in the telecommunication market sector. But, this situation also gives a concern to the Chinese government that the internet which is easily accessed by everyone in the spread of the information, it can disrupt the integrity of the state. Therefore, Chinese government takes a steptoestablish a program is called Golden Shield Project or better known as a Great Firewall of China. The program starts in 1998 and has a function to control internet users and protect the flows of information that are coming from various directions.
