• 4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aims to determine the effect of self-management of work procedures and the safety of employees of PT . Alam Jaya Pratama Loa Janan subdistrict district Kukar . The study consists of three variables: the dependent variable namely safety and the free variable working procedures and self-management .
  Sampling technique by using random sampling. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Alam Jaya Pratama as many as 83 employees. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method and multiple regression analysis.
  These results indicate there is positive and highly significant between work procedures and safety with a value beta = 0.409, t count = 4,130 > t table = 0677 and p = 0.000, there is positive and significant correlation between self-management and work safety denagan beta value = 0.199, t count = 2,006 > t table = 0677 and p = 0048, there is a very significant influence between work and self-management procedures on safety with count = 11 494 F > F table = 3.12 the R2 = 0223 and p = 0.000.
