To be an independent day, Kosovo must face a many challenge, that’s come from Serbia as a State which reject that aspiration. In other hand, United State show the good respon for this. The purpose of this study is to know how the USAID Programme Implementation in Development Economics and Politics After the independence of Kosovo (2010-2014) in Kosovo. The hypothesis of this study is alleged there is a role of USAID in Kosovo in Economy and Politic. This study is a qualitative research. It uses the library research method by taking the data from books, journals, articles and the internet. As a new State, Kosovo still need a help and support from the other State. USAID showed that the GFSI and DEMI are policy focus in helping by USAID to build the economy and the politics post independence in that country. While a three year programme whose aim is to promote good governance in Kosovo that have designed into six programs: Strengthening the State Government, the City Council Empower, Enhance Engagement of Local Government and the Regions, Improving Service Delivery in The City, Promoting Local Economic Development, Support Funds and Incentives.
