• 4. Description [Abstrak] : This study aimed to describe the influence of Malaysia and Singapore to Indonesia in the process of ratification of the ASEAN Agreement on Transboundary Haze Pollution. This type of research is descriptive, where the authors describe how the influence of Malaysia and Singapore to Indonesia in the process of ratification of the ASEAN Agreement on Transboundary Haze Pollution. The data presented are the primary and secondary data obtained through interviews and review of the literature and literature such as books, internet situt and others. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis. The results showed that the influence of Malaysia and Singapore to the Indonesia ratified a significant influence on smog events in 2013. Of the various actions undertaken Malaysia and Singapore among which a letter of protest, accusations and denials and propaganda. Furthermore, with economic losses and health experienced by the two countries, namely Malaysia and Singapore make Indonesia ratified the trans-boundary haze or ASEAN Agreement on Transboundary Haze Pollution. If Indonesia did not ratify the agreement then Malaysia and Singapore will request liability for losses and incorporate transboundary haze problem to the UN General Assembly. Judging from the actions taken by Malaysia and Singapore it is a problem that is low politics or is still weak because it would not cause a war so that this problem can still be solved together
