• 4. Description [Abstrak] : Rubber was the most commodity export amount increased. Indonesia was one of the world’s major manufacturers of rubber than Thailand and Malaysia. In 2008, china had financial crisis due to the decline in the exchange rate of Yen against US dollar which affected to the stock exchange of SHFE ( SHANGHAI FUTURE EXCHANGE) which is a measure of the price of rubber in China, thus it caused a decline in demand and price of rubber. Indonesia with a few countries that produced rubber made several attempts to restore export and rubber prices to a level that remunative. This research was motivated by the decline in rubber prices which caused a great impact because the ownership rubber 85% belong to the People that the most affected. The purpose of the research was to describe the obstacles faced and efforts made by the government of Indonesia in the natural rubber exports to China. Balance supply with demand is predicted to recover rubber demand and price of rubber. This type of research is descriptive, which illustrates the obstacles encountered and efforts made by the Government of Indonesia in the natural rubber exports to China. The results of this research indicate that in order to stabilizing demand and price of rubber, Indonesia continues to make efforts at diplomacy to the export destinations, also campaigns standard International Rubber (SIR) in Indonesia to improve outcomes BOKAR free of contaminants, as well as the establishment of a network of fellow fund partner search rubber manufacturers worldwide including ITRC (International Tripartitte rubber Council) which has several ways in an effort to improve the re-price the rubber, which is also incorporated inside the country of Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia
