  Abstract
  Early adulthood represents the culmination of the development of a person. Especially for an early adult age woman who must make the achievement of future development, such as work, relationships with the opposite sex and social interaction, as well as family. Achievement of these things are supported by a state of physical and mental health. However, for a woman of people with lupus, the achievement of the developmental tasks of early adult age would be hampered even delayed because of their health condition. Systemic Lupus Erythematosus is a type of lupus that attacks the brain and nervous sufferer. Have not found the exact cause and manner of treatment of patients with SLE. The purpose of this research study is to find out how the process of fighting spirit and forms of women with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE).
  Researchers using qualitative research with phenomenological approach. Researchers using purposive sampling technique in determining the subject of research and use written documents as a data source. Methods of data collection in this study using observation and interviews.
  RS self-acceptance involves the courage to take risks based on the belief and motivation that she can trying to keep finishing school, and the RS option is choosing to live her parents split up, as well as the hospital following a social community at night because of the hospital should avoid sun exposure.
