Description [Abstrak] : In order to improve the international economy through the regions, New Zealand, Singapore and Chile cooperated to establish Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) as a form of free trade agreement throughout Asia Pacific region on July 18th, 2005. TPP is a free trade agreement forum which highly committed to its country members. Indonesia is one of the countries that has been concerned to be one of the countries having a stable economic growth. However, under president Susilo Bambang Yodhoyono, through the Trade Minister of Indonesia, Gita Wirjawan, Indonesia refused to join the TPP in 2011. Factors of the Indonesia refusal to join the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) can be divided in two factors, namely as internal and external ones. The internal factors were coming from groups of businessmen and from the micro meso entrepreneurship condition in Indonesia; as well as from Indonesian government itself who has been committed to keep the Indonesia economic growth and its stability. While the external factors are due to the commitment in the Trans Pacific Partnership itself and the potency of particular countries dominion.
